Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

(1) Items that were sent to the buyer based on their order can only be sent back with MCS Mobility Direct Pty Ltd’s permission.

(2) Within 7 days of the shipment, requests for returns, exchanges, and refunds must be made in writing and include the original invoice number.

(3) The cost of shipping is figured out when you check out based on how MCS Mobility Direct has set up its shipping policy.

(4) MCS Mobility Direct can’t accept the return of certain items because of hygiene concerns. These items include lifting slings, products for bathing or toileting, cushions, non-slip socks, ramps, beds and mattresses, and others.

(5) When goods are accepted (for credit or refund), they must be delivered to our warehouse at the buyer’s expense. All items that are returned must be brand new, never used or worn, properly packed in their original packaging, unmarked, and come with all original paperwork (instructions, manuals, warranties, etc.).

(6) The buyer is responsible for returned products until they reach the seller’s warehouse. MCS Mobility Direct Pty Ltd is not responsible for packages that get sent to the wrong place or for products that get lost or broken while in transit.

(7) All incorrectly ordered goods (size, material, colour, and others) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee for each item returned.

(8) Any refund will be made using the buyer’s original payment method.

(9) Items made to order or customised (such as cushions, slings, lift chairs, wheelchairs, ramps, and so on) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
